The database of Coleoptera includes three groups of insects: Scarabaeinae, Geotrupinae and Silphidae (Coleoptera: Insect) from central Veracruz, the Sierra de Manantlan (Jalisco, Colima), Los Tuxtlas Biological Station, Veracruz and Palenque, Chiapas. The database consists of 2 699 curatorial records corresponding to 3 families, 25 genera and 77 species, and pertains to the SNIB
