The database contains information of specimens of the Family Cactaceae from the Peninsula of Baja California. Such information was obtained by the repatriation, systematization and actualization of the information from the existing collections at foreign and national herbariums.

Database has 2 097 specimens represented in 21 genera and 125 species, collected at 432 localities and belongs to the SNIB .
