The purpose of the Collection of Monocotyledons is to contribute to the wealth of quantitative and qualitative knowledge of flora of Mexico through a basic inventory of the species of monocotiledonae that grow in the country. The database consists of 10 000 records of samples corresponding to 50 families, 455 genera and 2 103 species and pertains to the SNIB. |
