A calendar has been incorporated to facilitate the configuration of dates, when the specimen was collected, observed, reported and/or determined.
-
Security at the level of the database, not only for the system, as in version 3.0. In this version only the curator of the database, has permission to open the database from Accessã.

-
Arrangement of scientific names phylogenetically or alphabetically.
-
Assigning a reference by author, not only as in version 3.0, where it was only possible to select by the citation’s title.
